At TK, our support and encouragement of our residents does not end when you leave treatment. That’s why we created an alumnae program, allowing us to remain in touch and continue to support each of you in your unique recovery journey.
Evidence-Based, Tailored Treatment
Our residential program for anxiety treatment is designed to help each woman rediscover their strength. A typical day in our residential program includes multiple group sessions, including experiential, psychoeducational, and process groups. Topics that may be addressed include coping skills, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and food discovery. Experiential groups may include recreational activities, yoga, dance and movement, and supervised outings.
