The Philadelphia City Council, the legislative body of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, consists of ten members elected by district and seven members elected at-large. The council president is elected by the members from among their number.
William K. Greenlee is a former Democratic Councilman-at-Large on the City Council of Philadelphia. He served from 2006 to 2020. Greenlee was elected to Council in a special election in November 2006 and was re-elected to serve a full term in 2007 and again in 2011.
