    Recommended Answer. Jan 31, 2023. Sorry about not seeing the Mac reference. Three settings have to be correct to see the 3D, assuming the area has 3D: Go to Google Earth>Preferences>3D View (or something similar. I don't have a Mac.) and select 'Use 3D imagery' (disable to use legacy 3D Buildings). If that's not exactly right, it's close.
