We looked at cakes taround Chicago hat ranged from $2.00 to $3.50 per slice. It can definitely cost a lot more if you want exotic flavors or elaborate decorations.

They come in large chafing style aluminum pans. They have mac n cheese, au gratin potatoes (always my favorite with ham/pork), other sides. They also have large bags of prepared cole slaw, salads, etc in the fresh produce area. Also carry industrial sized cans of pork n beans, other veggies.

The wedding package arrived from Costco 2 days before the wedding, and was perfect. They used to have a video online about how to care for those, but they also send you a dvd. You remove the individual items and place the bouquets in vases or glasses in a cool place. My wedding was in August and the basement was cool.

December 2015. Our wedding is for 50 people. For 6+ hours of an open bar, it's $25-28 per person (with bartender fees and tax already included) depending on if you're going rail, call, or premium/top shelf. That evens out to $1,250-1,400, and covers cocktail hour, dinner, and reception/rest of the night.
