I'd also like to mention that imagery of cleaning stations is not uncommon.

The bigger fish recognise them as cleaner fish because they have a lateral stripe along the length of their bodies, and by their movement patterns. I think that cleaning station could be merged with cleaner fish, but not shrimp. Cleaner fish itself could be expanded upon greatly.
