The Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) approved postage rate hikes for 2023 which will take effect in January, on the same day the peak-season rates are set to expire. Fortunately there is a $100 cap on the off site ads. I've been dinged on expensive items too and it sure was a wake up call on the very high fee's that Etsy accumulates when collecting on these. I'm over the $10k threshold for revenue, so I'm at 12% off-site ads fee. Only 1.7% of my TOTAL revenue I have paid in off-site Etsy fees this year.
"All your listings are Offsite ads" - basically, yes. Etsy sends all our listings to Google, et al, Google decides which ones match what a searcher wants, and yes - any click on an Offsite ad to your shop by a customer any time within 30 days before a sale gets the fee.
