MaggieandJake member. September 2011 edited December 2011. We had a Costco sheet cake at our wedding to supplement our tiered cake. They have different filling options, are super delicious, and for the price really can't be beat. It was $16.99 for a 1/2 sheet cake (48 slices).

You'll get a better idea of how much cakes cost in your area and it can vary a lot by region. That said, typically bakers quote wedding cake prices in cost per slice. We looked at cakes taround Chicago hat ranged from $2.00 to $3.50 per slice. It can definitely cost a lot more if you want exotic flavors or elaborate decorations.

You remove the individual items and place the bouquets in vases or glasses in a cool place. My wedding was in August and the basement was cool.
December 2015. Our wedding is for 50 people. For 6+ hours of an open bar, it's $25-28 per person (with bartender fees and tax already included) depending on if you're going rail, call, or premium/top shelf. That evens out to $1,250-1,400, and covers cocktail hour, dinner, and reception/rest of the night.
