M-139 (Michigan highway) M-139 is a state trunkline highway entirely within Berrien County in the US state of Michigan. The highway starts at US Highway 12 (US 12) southwest of Niles and runs through rural areas of the county to terminate at an intersection with Business Loop Interstate 94 (BL I-94) in Benton Harbor.
On November 11, 1926, the United States Numbered Highway System was approved by the American Association of State Highway Officials (AASHO), and US 12 was the designation assigned to a highway running northeasterly from Indiana near Lake Michigan to Benton Harbor–St. Joseph and turning east to Detroit through Kalamazoo, Jackson, and Ann Arbor.
Sturgis is set to move to the Wolverine Conference while Coldwater, Harper Creek, and Marshall are set to form a league in the Jackson area. Benton Harbor left the league in 2015-2016. One divisional alignment change starting for the 2018-19 season had Mattawan switching from the East Division to the West Division.

Sturgis is a city in St. Joseph County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 10,994 at the 2010 census.
