When Etsy let me back in after the second lockout, I logged into my shop on my computer, and phone (Etsy app, sell on Etsy app, and Etsy seller preview app). I logged into the Etsy seller preview app last and the next thing I knew I was locked out of everything again. Just deleted the Seller preview app and not installing it again.

My favorite thing about the new app is the notification you get when you receive an order. On the old app it would just say “ New Order From… “ On the new app the notification shows the amount of the order and how many items you sold. The new app is still missing things though, so I mostly still use the old one.

If you have an iOS older then 9.3 the App Store won't let you download the latest Sell on Etsy app (2.56) and will use the last compatible version of it (ie 2.52). Sell on Etsy 2.52 probably is no longer allowing editing. I'll try to install the latest Etsy version after updating my iOS.
I'm trying to open the app and all of a sudden it won't open now. It will just close and I have to use Google etsy. Anyone have this issue? I deleted etsy and reinstalled it. It worked once and stopped working again. Please help!

Don't know if this will help you (or if the problem is more systemic), but many app problems seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.
It would not allow her to do it through the Etsy App as there was no option that says reviews and purchases. But she was able to do it through a browser as you mentioned. Thanks for that info.
So, now even using Etsy website tools, I cannot post shop news, updates, reviews, etc.. through the app or on Etsy's website. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times, shut off and restarted my phone numerous times. I have antivirus on my phone and the app and my phone are fine. Frustrating.
