Digital mockup ( DMU) is the digital description of a product, usually in 3D, for its entire life cycle. Digital mockup is enriched by all the activities that contribute to describing the product. The product design engineers, the manufacturing engineers, and the support engineers work together to create and manage the DMU.
Model maker. A Model maker is a professional Craftsperson who creates a three-dimensional representation of a design or concept. Most products in use and in development today first take form as a model. This "model" may be an exacting duplicate ( prototype) of the future design or a simple mock-up of the general shape or concept.
For the mockup, we did this with a custom citation template, which could likely be merged with a suitable existing template to display the same information (I'm not incredibly familiar with them, so this was easier for me), or at least renamed before being used in articles. In technical terms, the footnotes are rather simple to create.
