Netflix 4K video playback requires the hardware acceleration function of edge to be turned on. Settings - System and Performance - Use Hardware Acceleration. Then enter edge://flags in the URL bar and open, Find PlayReady DRM for Windows 10 and select Enable. Restart edge to see if it works.
