Hey r/Dermatophagia, Believe it or not, today marks about 3 years since I stopped biting my nails and skin. I no longer have any urges to bite whatsoever, I have kicked the habit for good. Yes and I have a confirmed diagnosis. i am! i always assumed they were related, but i don’t consider my dermatophagia to be a form of stimming since it’s more of a nervous habit than a release of emotion.
